Waubetek offers a variety of business loans to establish, expand or purchase a business in North Eastern Ontario.

Term Loans

• Maximum $500,000
• Loans for Aboriginal Students/Youth for summer businesses - maximum $1,500
• The Client Equity requirement for all of the above loans is 10%
• Client equity contribution must be from unencumbered funds, not sourced from any other loan or credit source

 

Bridge Financing

• A temporary loan to carry or bridge projects until receipt of confirmed funds from third party lenders or government agencies – Maximum $250,000
